This listing consists of Twelve (12) New Surplus Breaker Isolation Switches located at our Citrus County Steam Plant in Crystal River Florida!

A list of material is provided as an attachment.

GE - Twelve (12), 3-pole switches consist of the following

• 1 CMM operating mechanism control enclosure
• 1 Vertical drive rod
• 2 Interphase operating rods
• 3 Steel VB switch mounting bases (1 with gear drive)
• Associated hardware kits for entire 3-phase switch assembly

Does not include switches or insulators.

This is a classified bid and all bids should be placed by using the attached bid sheet. To place an offer to purchase this item, please use the attached bid form. The completed attachment can be e-mailed to michael.saunders@duke-energy.com.

Only place a bid if you intend to honor it. Bidders failing to fulfill their obligation to purchase the item(s) they have won through the bidding process face indefinite suspension from this site. Bids are not retractable except in exceptional circumstances. Duke Energy reserves the right to accept or decline an offer.

Upon award, an authorized officer of the buyer will be required to sign a copy of the sales agreement.  The attached “INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS” and “TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE” are part of this bid request.  Any questions or interpretations of this request should be made by telephone or in writing to me. 

Items must be paid for within 7 days of auction end. We accept personal/company check, or money orders. If you have any questions, please contact me via Duke Energy Surplus Marketplace.

Duke Energy reserves the right to remove equipment from the classified at any time at its discretion.

Buyer will be required to sign Duke Energy's Sales Agreement prior to the removal of any items.

Duke Energy personnel will assist with loading equipment onto Buyer's transport. Buyer is responsible for securing the load and for all transportation costs. Proper attire is required as this is a work location: closed toed shoes and long pants.
