Unit is located at the Duke Energy Tillery Hydro Plant in Mt. Gilead, NC.

Noted condition and issues regarding this unit:

Fault code phase rotation- could hit start and would trip off. Changed contactors for starter to fix. Ran for approximately 6 months after contactor change with no issue and then problem reoccurred.

Controller thinks it's out of phase tripping the unit off immediately when starting. May be due to faulty phase monitor board that has not been changed but unsure.

575v motor, different from standard

Recent separator filter change.

Recent thermal valve and hose change.

Recent spin on oil filter and oil change. (done at same time of separator filter)

55-57k hours

Seller will load on to buyer's truck. Seller will be responsible for all shipping cost from Seller's location.  Unit is being sold "AS IS WHERE IS" without warranty.
